Vun Park Hyatt, a sensory journey where the food is the absolute protagonist

VUN is the hotel’s gourmet restaurant, Park Hyatt Milan, located in downtown Milan, a short walk from the Duomo and the Vittorio Emanuele Gallery. With a Michelin star this is a place where to live an exquisite gastronomic experience, an elegant and tasteful ambient, cosy and welcoming at the same time. In the design phase of the new VUN, architect Flaviano Capriottifocused on the culinary experience performed by Chef Andrea Aprea: furniture, accessories and decorative elements lead visitors into an intense sensory journey where the absolute protagonist is food.

The name “VUN” which in Milanese dialect means “one”, was chosen not only to celebrate the closeness with the local tradition, but also the ambition of inspiring feelings and emotions of excellence in the world of Milanese cuisine. Chef Aprea surprises and enchants everyone tasting his cuisine. Technology and innovation are his strengths, combined with respect for simplicity and for the tradition of Italian cuisine.
